We went to Big Bend Ranch State Park for Judy to attend a Photo Workshop led by Jim Carr with the assistance of Ranger Bill Broyles. It was peak of the spring flower blooms and prime time for the park, which is very hot and dry during the summer.

Big Bend Ranch State Park consists of over 300,000 acres of Chihuahuan Desert wilderness along the Rio Grande River near Presidio.

We will start with the Rio Grande River and then move to landscapes of the interior of the park and then pictures of the desert in bloom. Last, a few pictures of the park infrastructure and our little group.
