Chiapas 2015

These photos were taken on a Chiapas Birding Adventure with the Wimberley Birding Society in March 2015. We visited Villahermosa, Palenque, Tres Lagunas, Yaxchilán, Bonampak, Las Guacamayas, Lagos de Montebello, Amatenango, San Cristóbal de Las Casas, San Juan Chamula, and Zinacantán.

Gil and I had been in the area many years ago -- in a Ford van driving from Chicago to Guatemala. So it was lovely to return to some places we had been to and many places we had not. http://chiapasbirdingadventures.com/
