It is therefore ordered that the said Mr. HAYNIE be guardian of the said THOMAS HARDING that he exhibit an Inventory of the said HARDING's Estate to the next Court and enter into bond, with security, to be accountable for the said Estate when the orphan comes of age. === On 22 May 1696, Anne appears in a suit brought by Capt. John Haynie guardian of Thomas Harding Jr. (orphan of Thomas Harding Sr.) against her second husband, Luke Rowland; Anne who was deceased was the administrator of the estate of Thomas Harding Sr., her first husband (Order Book 4, page 728).3 |
