Will		. Captain Fleming died testate about the latter part of the year 1668. In his will he names wife Joyce Fleming, Executrix, and Robert Payne, Gent., Executor. His estate "Westfalia" he left to his wife and other real estate to his daughters, Alexia and Elizabeth Fleming.¹
